Please note that minor jacket wrinkles, corner dents, or seam splits are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of clear playback defects.

The inner sleeve may crack or split due to contact with the disc during transit; this is not a ground for return or exchange.

Due to the manufacturing process, disc labels may not be applied perfectly smooth.

Damage to the outer shrink wrap/packaging that does not affect the actual product is not eligible for exchange or return.

Playback Issues
If you are using a turntable without a balanced tonearm or tracking weight adjustment (mainly "all-in-one" portable models), skipping may occur on tracks with high dynamic range. This is usually caused by the light weight of the tonearm rather than a defect in the disc. Returns or exchanges are not possible for playback issues caused by equipment; we recommend using a player with an adjustable tonearm.

Static electricity and dust can sometimes hinder smooth playback. In most cases, this can be resolved by cleaning the disc with specialized vinyl care products.

Playback may also be affected if dust accumulates on the stylus (needle).

Disc Abnormalities
Discs may occasionally have slight warping or surface waves. Returns or exchanges are only possible if this significantly interferes with playback.

To minimize sound distortion and maintain consistency over repeated plays, the center hole may be manufactured with a tight fit. If the disc does not fit your turntable spindle, it can be resolved by slightly adjusting the center hole using specialized tools.

Fine scratches or minor finishing imperfections may be present on the disc. Returns or exchanges are only available if these issues cause playback errors.

Color Vinyl
The actual color of a "Color Vinyl" may differ from the images seen on the web.

Due to the nature of the color vinyl manufacturing process, slight color variations may occur between individual albums.

Small spots or streaks of different colored dyes may occur during the production of color vinyl.
